Hi, I’m Chelsea.
I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and former Exercise Physiologist, with my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I have always had a love for health and wellness and absolutely loved my Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab patients! I truly loved helping them get their strength back after a cardiac event or major pulmonary illness. However, I started to wonder what else this population of people could have done to prevent these illnesses in the first place. I no longer felt like focusing on the sick end of the health care system was where I was meant to be. I truly had a passion for more of a preventative approach to health!
It wasn’t until I struggled with some of my own chronic health concerns (digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, hypothyroidism, food sensitives, major seasonal allergies, and more) that led me to many specialists that told me over and over that everything was normal. This caused immense frustration because I felt anything but normal! I knew there was something deeper going on and I had to find out WHY I was experiencing these things and how I could support my body better. Taking my health into my own hands, I finally found the world of nutritional therapy. Once I learned on a deeper level how my body worked and how to nourish it properly, I quickly realized some of the things I thought were “healthy” were the things wreaking havoc on my health. Diet culture really wasn’t benefiting my body at all.
I started nourishing my body properly for my own bio-individual needs, following a cycle-syncing exercise routine, managing my stress, improving my digestion, replenishing my minerals, and getting out in nature regularly. I noticed I started feeling SO much better! I want this for you too!
It’s time to let go of all the conflicting one size fits all diet approaches and “hustle” culture mindset. Health is not defined by a number on the scale or if we have six pack abs. Health requires a mind, body, and spirit connection. As your practitioner I will teach you how to properly nourish your body, get the best sleep of your life, manage your stress levels, and feel empowered to take your health back while being full of energy!
My philosophy is that knowledge is power. I will educate you on why you may be feeling the way you are and how to turn the corner. I will provide you with the tools and resources to achieve the lifestyle you desire while still enjoying the things that you love. It’s all about balance.

How We Work Together
If you want to feel energized, in tune with your body, and empowered about your health, you have come to the right place.
Nutrional Therapy is not a “quick fix” or a bandaid approach to health like you may be used to seeing – balance and healing take time! My approach is designed to take your health to the next level through a functional, bio-individual approach.
We start with a free consultation where I will have you fill out a detailed questionairre in advance so we can pinpoint where your body is out of balance. We will discuss your bio-individual needs and review the plans below to determine which one will best restore balance and help you establish lifelong habits that will help you feel your best!
1:1 Paperwork and HTMA Review
90 Minute session to review your Food and Mood Journal, NAQ Questionairre (over 300 detailed questions), and HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) results to dive deeper into your specific metabolism and your body’s mineral status to indentify where you need support. I will provide initial personalized diet and supplement recommendations based on the findings. This is my only single session option if are you not ready to commit for at least 3 months.
3 Month Package
Initial Consultation (90 minutes) and paperwork review, and choice between monthly or biweekly follow up calls for 3 months. You can run a functional HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) test to get a better idea of how your metabolism is functioning and your mineral balance, which helps to more precisely identify the support you need. I recommend at least the 3 month program if you are looking for lasting change and consistent results since it allows us to review your progress throughout the program and make adjustments as your body heals to ensure your plan is consistently optimized for your personal needs.
6 Month Package
Initial 90 minute consultation call and paperwork review. Choice between monthly or biweekly follow up calls for 6 months. You can run a functional HTMA (hair tissue mineral analysis) test to get a better idea of how your metabolism is functioning and your mineral balance, which helps to more precisely identify the support you need. This also allows us to retest after particpating in the program for a few months to show the positive changes you’ve made. True lasting changes take longer than a few sessions together – this is where we start to see the true benefits of Nutritional Therapy and establish those lifelong habits that will help you feel your best longterm.
